District findings, as they are verified.
Each entry will connect the holiday-pay conclusion to the documents and correspondence behind it.
Disclaimer: A Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) granting paid holidays to academic-year ESPs establishes a contractual entitlement, but does not, by itself, confirm that the district actually pays those holidays or considers the payments required by 105 ILCS 5/24-2. Actual payment practices and the district’s interpretation of the law are identified only when supported by payroll records, FOIA-produced documentation, or an explicit district statement. Unless the CBA expressly connects its holiday provision to the statute, it should be understood as evidence of an agreed contractual benefit, not as acknowledgment of a statutory obligation.
